Delivery Timelines

BooksGoat ships all orders with free shipping. Below are standard fulfillment and delivery timelines for individual and bulk orders.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Institutional orders placed with a purchase order are dispatched within 1–2 business days of PO confirmation and invoice approval.

DELIVERY TIMELINES BY DESTINATION

  United States:

  Standard shipping: 4–14 business days after dispatch
  

  Rest of the World:

  Standard international shipping: 4–14 business days after dispatch

BULK AND INSTITUTIONAL ORDERS 

  Bulk orders (5+ copies) follow the same dispatch timeline of

  1–2 business days. Large orders (100+ copies) may require

  1–2 additional business days for packing and freight coordination.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order dispatches. Use the tracking number to monitor delivery through the carrier's website.
